yesterday i bought a toshiba laptop computer. in installing it i found the norton security ad that came on by itself. now i am not able to delete if without shutting down .the ad reappears after i turn the computer on. Please help.thank you

A: Click on Start>Run

type msconfig <enter>

uncheck any NAV, or Norton Programs that are listed.

Click apply and restart your computer.
