The headunit is a Mcintosh MX-406 with 4V output, the amps are PPI 4125 (front 4) and PPI 2200 (sub). With gain ay zero there is still excesive signal. How can I match the output/input?
A: use a digital multi meter at the speaker wire coming from the amps. the voltage should be set t 4v.
