Why is a 8gb Zune more expensive than a 30gb Zune?
The 8GB is more expensive probably because:
1) It's the new version (super smooth plastic front, glass screen, brushed aluminum back, etc.)
2) It's slimmer
3) Microsoft wants to try to get rid of the older version Zune, and move on to the next one, by selling it very cheaply
Those are probably the main reasons.
You should really get a Zune. I got my friends to get Zunes as well, and sharing cool tunes we hear is kind of neat.
And despite what some iPod fanatics will say, most iPod fanatics have never used a Zune in their life to know how it works. I really recommend them.

What case should I buy for a Zune 8gb?
I just got a Zune 8gb, and am now looking for a case (hopefully one that covers the screen as well). I am hoping for a hard clear acrylic case, that does not interfere with the screen quality any suggestions?
i found some cool ones at fye a couple weeks ago. but thats like the only place ive ever seen zune cases. we live in an ipod world. its sad.

You will need the Xilisoft DVD to Zune Converter. This will convert DVD to put on the Zune.
How do I resize anime tv shows for zune 8gb?
I have a zune 8gb. I want to play videos on it, but when I put tv shows on it, they do not fill up the screen, even though I use "stretch" on the converter software. They have vertical black areas on either side of picture. When I convert a widescreen movie like Inuyasha Movie 2, it has the vertical bars and horizontal bars.
Any suggestions to get the picture stretched out to fit the zune?

If it is a format that will work with Windows Movie Maker then import it to WMM. Add the media to the timeline then go to tools>options and click on advanced. Change the settings here. If it says 4:3 then change it to 16:9 and vice versa. This has worked for me with some videos I've tried it with on my Vista laptop. Then publish the move with a resolution no larger than 320x240.
BTW if you get rid of those vertical or horizontal bars may see some image distortion especially if the original format was full screen.
Why does my zune 8GB RESTARTS while I listen to music? I have the latest updates?
I have 8GB zune and version 2.3 (latest) software and it restarts while i listen to music it happens several times a day. anyone have same problem?
